USA Today asked some centenarians their secrets for long life. Alan Hopenwasser, 102, rode a bike around Philadelphia until he was 94 and he continues to ride an excercise bike in his apartment. Go Alan!

My last remaining elder relative, a nearly-90 year old grandfather, rides his exercise bike daily. It looks a tad out of place in the center of his carefully decorated living room but.. it works (mostly).
