I'm not the only one affected by Firefox 1.5 constant crashes. Googler Matt Cutts is also plagued with constant crashes. "Aaargh," he writes. "Talk Like a Pirate Day arrives early and several times a day."

I think I've found the culprit, however. I've been removing extensions one by one and running a day without. Google's Web Comments plugin might be the problem -- since disabling that, I've had no problems. We'll see.

I've been running 1.5 since the day it came out on 4 machines with no crashes. It's the main tool I use for my job, I typically have a dozen tabs open. As you say, must be an extension. I run a few extensions, but they're all pretty mainstream; forecastfox, adblock, image zoom and gmail notfier.
Mine too. Firefox seems to me as though it's gone backwards. Please someone at Mozilla provide an update as it's so bad i have more stability with I.E.
Can't determine what is causing it, but i've no additional extentions since install and the last version was ok. Maybe i will go back to that.
