Protesters in the south India state of Kerala reportedly opposed a mandatory helmet law by saying they are a result of CIA funded anti-bike western propaganda. Who knows if this news is true or not, but it sounds kind of cool. Kerala does have a helmet law on the books for motorized bikes, though enforcement is reportedly lax.
