Cycling in the rain

Great shot for the tiltshiftmaker. I had some fun with it myself.
 

...i have no idea what "tiltshiftmaker" is but i wanna know why pro teams, who regularly train & race in the rain, don't have "team specific" rain tops ???...or even why the uci doesn't specify such ???...

...just wonderin'...
 

It sure makes it difficult to tell who's who with generic rain jackets, doesn't it?
