There's traffic congestion on the bike lanes in Portland, Oregon.
There are now so many people riding bicycles in Portland that we have bike traffic jams on the city’s bridges. And statistics suggest that the handlebar-to-handlebar congestion is growing faster than the bumper-to-bumper variety

There was an article in the Washington Post a couple of years ago about traffic issues on their bike paths, tho' it was more about the problems of lots of cyclists at different speeds colliding.
