Monterey County approves $11 million on bike facilities

I ride through Moss Landing and Castroville on my yearly trek to Monterey for the Sea Otter festival. Jared Leto shoots a cycling scene for Thirty Seconds to Mars‘ latest video. The band advertised a nighttime bike ride in downtown Los Angeles on their website and invited fans to come and participate in the video shoot. The footage will be used for the group’s next single, Kings and Queens.
