American pop star P!nk rides a bicycle -- a pink (natch) Giant TCR Alliance W -- in Los Angeles, California.

Update: I'm NOT interested in a helmet flame war here, so I'm closing comments.

Wow, she actually looks like she knows what she is doing, aside from not wearing a helmet, of course.

saddle looks a little low too ;-)

The saddle is not just too low, the whole bike is too small. She needs another 3-4 inches on the top tube.

That bike does look pretty tiny on her, doesn't it.

Why would she need a helmet? She's just riding a bike, not doing something that is on record (unlike biking) for particularly high casualty rates due to head injury in mishaps, like riding inside an automobile...

Know what you're talking about to avoid falling into the trap of making silly comments.

Erik, buddy, I hate to burst your bubble but I'm firmly in the camp that helmet use is often unnecessary, especially for low speed biking like Pink appears to be doing. And saying people are "stupid" for defending un-helmeted cycling is uncalled for here at Cyclelicious.

Salesperson: Well, we do have this pink bike, but it is too small for you...

Pink: Great, I'll take it.

Consider it retracted, Fritz. But I'm still gonna wear my helmet even when riding slow.
