Pedaling squares

I was pedaling squares last night. Yehuda Moon pedaled squares today. “Pedaling squares” is what avid cyclists call poor pedaling technique. Pedaling should appear smooth and fluid. Microwaves, bikes, and traffic lights

East Bay city experiments with traffic light radar detection for bicycles. Actuated traffic signals are those traffic lights that change when a car, truck, motorcycle or (sometimes) bicycle approach an intersection. The vehicle is detected by various electronic technologies.

Interbike 2011: “Nevermind” on Vegas

In response to feedback to its announcement three weeks ago that it was moving the show to August in Anaheim for 2011, Interbike today announced the 2011 edition of the show will stay in Las Vegas and will be held September 12-16.
