How to drive while using two cell phones

David Secker of Norwich, England was cited for driving 70 MPH while talking on one phone and texting with another. He reportedly used his knees to steer, though his lawyer denies that was the case. Police say Secker made them wait to complete his call after they pulled him over.

The judge hearing Secker’s case fined him £150, assessed 14 points against his license, and banned him from driving for 12 months.

That. THAT is the only way you’re going to get it into peoples’ heads. Once we start treating driving like the privilege it is, people might start taking more consideration into their actions.
