Seen in downtown Santa Cruz, CA over the weekend on what seems to be a brand new Raleigh.

    Loosen the hub, drop the wheel, take the bike.

    I watched a kid doing that the other day; he didn’t even go through the spokes like this guy. Even after I explained it to him, pointing out that the fork is open at the bottom when you remove the wheel, he asked, “Are you sure?”
