Incorrect title

I don’t think the title on this photo is correct. The wheel looks fine to me. Can you tell what’s really wrong in this photo?

The full description for this photo given at the Library of Congress has the correct details, if you don’t spot it right away. Photo 1897 by F. T. Harmon.

    that detachable fork crown was probably not a factory option

    This page has correct title, but URL has incorrect name. Simon Clarke won KOM of Vuerta on the same day.
