Taylor Swift rides a bicycle in Paris

The singer / songwriter was seen riding this Dutch style bike down the street in Paris.

Does anybody recognize the headbadge on this bike? I don’t know Dutch bikes but I’m curious.

    First I thought it was an Azor ‘Texel’, but a closer look tells me it’s some obscure brand I don’t know/recognise, that has been copying a few distinct features.
