Atherton wants your input for a new bike plan

The town of Atherton, California (America’s most expensive ZIP code for 2013, where the cheapest home — a 1,194-square-foot, two-bedroom bungalow on a 6,000-square-foot lot lists for $1.2 million), is creating a new Bicycle Plan, and they invite those who live there or travel through Atherton to give their input.

Atherton bike plan walk / bike tour

Atherton is a bedroom community north of Menlo Park, CA. I used to bike through Atherton north of El Camino Real when I worked in Menlo Park. The main issue for me seem mostly related to school drop off traffic and Middlefield Road commute traffic.

This walk / bike tour takes place Saturday, November 9 2013 from 9:30 AM to noon, with two options: a short, slow walk pace tour, or a longer distance faster bike ride.

Details and survey –> Join the Atherton Walking/Biking Tour of Atherton on November 9th.
