  1. Looks like the video was uploaded to Youtube originally three years ago in 2010, although based on the production values I would have thought 1996. As far as I can tell the “new” website is just a landing page for all the old and outdated material previously accessible through the DMV site. Am I missing something?

    There are so many great resources already produced by other local, state, and national groups, it’s a shame the DMV doesn’t just borrow from all the comprehensive material out there already.

  2. @Robert – Yep, it’s just a set of links out to previously existing material. Still, I don’t think I’ve seen the video before. It has some shortcomings (e.g. that driver making a right turn from the through lane) but otherwise looks pretty good aside from the low budget government production quality.

  3. Slightly bizarre mix of motorcycles and bicycles as they offer different road sharing challenges. When will DMV’s head explode over E-Bikes? They’re already missing pocket-bikes, motor-assisted bicycles, skateboards, and rollerblades that frequent my commute.
