Typhoon Vongfang Tokyo Japan

I rode a bicycle during a typhoon in Tokyo once. I don’t recommend it.

  1. That photo was not taken during high winds. Several people are unconcernedly holding umbrellas. Even the rain seems to be light in the photo, as there are no splashes where raindrops hit the wet sidewalk and visibility is at least a block.
