Caltrain Bicycle Access and Parking Plan now online

As I reported last month, Caltrain renamed their much maligned Bicycle Master Plan the “Bicycle Access and Parking Plan.” The draft version of Caltrain’s Bicycle Access and Parking Plan is now available online. Caltrain listens to your input! In response to intense public criticism about a “Bicycle Master Plan” that does not address bicycles on board the trains, Caltrain has acted and yesterday renamed the plan.
