Brrr, but it was chilly this morning. My employer doesn’t give me Presidents Day off, but the Federal holiday means light traffic and (unusually these days) a seat on the bus.
I’m compiling a list of bike songs released in 2012 and Nora Schlang of Washington DC contacted me to let me know she released a full album entitled, simply, “bicycle.”
I saw this interesting tidbit in the Bureau of Labor Statistics press release that everybody’s talking about this morning: Employment in transportation and warehousing rose sharply in December (+50,000). Almost all of the gain occurred in the couriers and messengers industry (+42,000).
