Three days of pro cycling in the San Francisco Bay Area this weekend

The Amgen Tour of California bicycle road race will pass through the several cities throughout the San Francisco Bay Area beginning Friday, with a final stage out of San Francisco on Sunday.

VTA budget notes

Something for Santa Cruz Railfans

The North American Railcar Operators Association plans an excursion the weekend of May 4 and 5 on the the Santa Cruz and Monterey Bay Railway. Railroad motorcars are those short, specialized track inspection vehicles like the vehicle shown below.
