It’s not a race. That’s what I tell myself as Joe Lycra zips past me on his Cervelo S3 during the evening commute, and it’s what Jill Flipskirt on the Breezer Villager shouts as I crawl past on the hill after slipstreaming behind her.

This “Commuter Dreams” video is still cute and clever stuff, though. Cardiologist Dr Merritt Raitt took video of his Portland, Oregon bike commute and mashed it up with Tour de France commentary from Phil Liggett and Paul Sherwin. I love his fender equipped Cannondale. He even has a kiss from the podium gals for the win!
