24-year-old Gossip Girl Blake Lively is sometimes seen riding a bicycle around New York City.

In this photo from August 2011, the Los Angeles native ties up her jersey dress to keep it from flopping around as she rides a Swiss Stromer electric bicycle. This bike is available in New York from NYC E-Wheels, although, technically, e-bikes aren’t legal on public roads in the state of New York.
