Today’s featured Kickstarter project is for a Taco Truck. Except instead of a truck, Rose wants to create a bike transportable taco stand.

These days, Rose cooks at home and delivers her creations around San Francisco by bike. She would like to cook at the event; Rose plans to use a Yuba Mondo (a long tail cargo bike) for the base, with storage and the grill welded on with help from the mechanical geniuses at Rock the Bike. .
