Happy Friday and, for Americans, happy Pi Day.
30 Days of Biking is an “online community of joyful cyclists” who pledge to bike a straight 30 days in the month of April, however far you want, no matter the weather. You (optionally) share your ride to Twitter, Instagram or Vine with #30daysofbiking. That’s all there is to it.
In the past, they hoped for 1,314 pledges on Pi Day. As of this writing, they’re up to nearly 2,300 pledges (mine among them), so they’ve set a new goal of 3,141 pledges by the end of the day.
Do you think you can ride every day in April? Go sign up now.
With reports of extreme cold until end of May, I doubt I will be able to participate. Shame since I love cycling.
