Happy Birthday to Dr Seuss this Wednesday. Important: Please note updated meetup location and departure time below!
That one has a yellow star, and they’re all better than a little car.
Say! What a lot of bikes there are.
Some are old and some are new.
Some bikes are sad, some are glad.
And some are very, very bad.
Some tires are thin, some are phat. That yellow bike has a cage for cats.
From there to here, from here to there
Funny bikes are everywhere!
Join San Jose Bike Train this Wednesday, March 2, 2016 to see these bikes for yourself. Bike train is designed to introduce the bike-curious to the ease and pleasure of biking to work along the Guadalupe River Trail from the vicinity of downtown San Jose to destinations north along the North First / Guadalupe Parkway corridor in San Jose.
This inclusive ride welcomes people of all abilities, apparel, and bikes: you can be sad or glad, thin or fat, slow or fast (though we ride at a pace of about 10 to 12 MPH). Even if you’re not headed to work, feel free to join us for coffee before we depart.
We will depart Caffe Bel Bacio in San Jose’s Little Italy on Julian Street at about 8:10 A.M. If you need to drive part way, limited free parking is available on Autumn Street next to the Target shopping center on Coleman Avenue; find parking details here. If you have never ridden San Jose Bike Train, it’s a good idea to leave a comment below, a tweet, or a Facebook message so we know to look for you.
