CHP Bicycle Crash Maps

The California Bicycle Crash map has moved.

Version 1 for crashes before May 25, 2012 here.

Version 2 for crashes after May 25, 2012 here. This version pre-caches Google Maps geocoding for more consistent / reliable placement of location markers.

2014 Crash map is here --> crash version 3.

2015 Crash map at crash2015.php.

2016 Crashmap now also includes all traffic fatalities (marked in black) and pedestrian incidents (marked in green). Bicycle incidents are still marked as red dots.

2017.

2018 shows only the first 21 days of January before my scripting broke.

2019 begins logging incidents Feb 2 2019.
