THE LAGUNA BEACH POLICE REPORTS THAT ALL LANES, ALL DIRECTIONS OF EL TORO ROAD BETWEEN LAGUNA CANYON RD AND THE 73 ARE CLOSED. THIS IS DUE TO A FATAL TRAFFIC COLLISION AND MOTORISTS ARE NOW ADVISED TO USE ALTERNATE ROUTES UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
