I WENT THROUGH THERE AND IT WAS CAUSING A BACK UP. VEHICLES WAITED FOR A MIN, THEN JUST RAN THE RED LIGHT AFTER GETTING TIRE OF WAITING FOR IT TO TURN GREEN. THX.
