On a separate note, can you advised caltrans of a break in the perimeter fence at Castillo Off-Ramp. I stopped some PEDS walking up the ramp trying to access the opening. It is located US101 sb Castillo Off-Ramp, fence on right shoulder in-between railroad tracks. In addition, there is a transient encampment there as well - recommend shrub removal.
