Another Caltrain proposal

Here’s something for the bike riding train riders that will also make the PRT people happy. There might even be room for the bike share enthusiasts to get in on this action.

    Helmets? Safety vests? WHY??? I know I’m the biggest safety dork there is, but on train tracks? What do people expect bike helmets and orange vests are going to do?
