Russell Crowe keeps up his exercise regime by cycling during breaks in filming for NOah (natch) in New York City.

Last week, Crowe tweeted that paparazzi photographers on bicycles gave chase, though a few people expressed skepticism in response.

He picked up the pace to outrun the photographers. He congratulated the one who managed to hold one.

Seven miles in a half hour is a decent pace when riding through city traffic.
