Police identify the suspect in last Wednesday night’s rampage against Mission Hill and Potrero District cyclists as David Mark Clark of Albany, CA. Here’s the kicker:

The Clark [his landlady] knew was a kind man, very low key, concerned about health and nutrition and very social. And he was an “avid bicyclist,” she said.
