Lance Armstrong returning 2009?

That’s what Velonews says, citing “sources familiar with the developing situation.”

According to Velonews, Armstrong plans to race for Astana in the Amgen Tour of California, Paris-Nice, Tour de Georgia, Dauphine-Libere and the Tour de France.
