    Huh. Wonder if any of the folks responsible have actually *tried* to ride a bike at 3 MPH. That is no small feat in itself…

    Clearly written by someone that has never ridden a bike. 3mph is pretty difficult to ride at without looking drunk. Looks like there might be enough room to peel of the 3 and make it a 30 though. :D

    And foul weather is really just an opinion considering people ride in all weather and survive just fine.

    I was hoping it would say “minimum speed limit,” which would tend to make clear that the path is for bicycling rather than, say, ambling.
