The plastic surgeon to the stars texted a note about his Border Collie Jill while driving near his Malibu home.

According to investigators, this tweet was sent just as Ryan drove his Jeep over a cliff, although the California Highway Patrol hasn’t yet determined the cause of the accident. The dog, Jill, survived the crash.
