Young police chief wants to establish bike patrol

20 year old criminology student and mother Marisol Valles Garcia was sworn in as Director of Municipal Public Safety in the city of Guadalupe Distrito Bravo, Mexico. She was the only candidate for the job in a town with drug violence. Her police force has only a single patrol car. She says she wants to start a bike patrol in her city.
