I mentioned the Princeton Tec PUSH light very briefly last week. Here are more details.
Princeton Tec’s new PUSH bicycle headlight pumps 100 lumens of light from the Maxbright LED powered by 3 AAA batteries. The PUSH delivers up to 63 hours of burn time in flash mode. As somebody who was tagged by a car from the side late at night, I really appreciate the separate LEDs along the sides providing 260 degrees of visibility. The PUSH can be mounted on a handlebar with a quickrelease bracket; a tab on the light enables other mounting options.
MSRP $49.99 is a great price for those lumens; available at various cycling and outdoor retails.
Does anyone know if it would be possible to mount this on a helmet? I’m always nervous about zip-tieing lights to a helmet due to the heat.
