Seen Sunday afternoon in Santa Cruz, California in front of the bike rental place where Pacific Avenue hooks south toward the Santa Cruz wharf. The city is converting this five way intersection into a traffic circle.

    Well, I have understood the meaning of ラウンドアバウト http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Roundabout. Thank you. We can’t fine it in Japan although we have many ロータリー near stations everywhere in Japan.
