His feet are in a bidet, (you can see the faucets at the rear) a very different thing. people do that all the time.
People wash their feet in bidets?
I was in France years ago staying in a dump with a bidet in the room and a crappy communal bath down the hall, and I washed everything in the bidet. It’s just an upside down shower.
Yep, that’s not a toilet; it’s a bidet.
