Streetcolor yarnbombed the bicycle racks in front of the Berkeley public library.
She writes spent a solid four weeks knitting 80 feet of handspun yarn into colorful tubes. She and a crew of helpers showed up Sunday to sew the tubes into place, working around cyclists locking their bikes up to the bike rack.

Aah, so that’s what those are actually useful for…since they’re worthless for parking a bicycle…
