718 Cyclery in Park Slope, Brooklyn will host New York City’s first cargo bike rodeo on Saturday, August 22nd from 9 AM to 6 PM.
The event will include a cargo bike race, raffle and free BBQ lunch, as well as a group test ride on the streets of Gowanus.

Cargo bikes from Xtracycle, Yuba, Urban Arrow, Surly, Bakfiets, Kona, and Bike Friday will be available to demo at this event.
This event and the food are free. You can also buy $10 raffle tickets for a chance to win a new 2015 Yuba Mundo. Proceeds from the raffle benefit Transportation Alternatives.
