$80 Austin Bike Share

Bike Hugger reports from SXSW in Austin and runs into Susan Veal at a liquor store in the sleazy part of town.

Every year Susan Veal buys a bike at Walmart like this for $80.00 plus $15.00 for the basket. Rides it for 2 weeks and leaves it behind with a note on it that says, “free.”
