Am I the only one who sees the potential havoc such a device in the hands of a terrorist bike hippie could wreak on our nation’s roads? Bzzzt! and every car within 50 yards is nonoperative.

Probably have to carry this item the trailer – looks too big for a seatbag. Can be aimed at a single car. Might be able to automate it at that car that just Jerry Browned (passed too close for all you non-CA riders) me! I’m ordering one now!

Or, alternately, an unusually nasty motorist using it against a 787 taking off northbound low over the Everett 526 Freeway.
