Here’s an encouraging story from Normal, Illinois: a group of high school seniors — all of them with access to cars — have taken up biking to school, and they’re encouraging the underclassmen to do the same.
About a dozen students convoy to Normal Community High School. Riding in a bike train like they do enhances visibility and safety for the group, and the people in their community see them setting a good example with their lawful and considerate riding on their streets at the edge of town.
