Sniper shoots cyclist

This was a week and a half ago and I missed it. From CBS San Francisco:

A bicyclist was injured in a shooting in Richmond early Monday morning, and told police that he was shot by a sniper on a rooftop. No matter how bizarre it may sound, so far in the investigation police say they believe the victim’s story.

    I had to serve papers in Richmond a few years ago and I was always on super high alert there. It is a messed up place.

    It always seemed weird that Berkeley is an enclave surrounded by fairly rough areas.
