Albert Florence took his case to the Supreme Court; in their brief to the Court, the American Bar Association gave examples of strip searches after trivial offenses such as riding a bike without a bike bell. The video producers want “teenage beach girls” and “stocky males” (to presumably play the victims and the “man,” respectively) among other candidates for this strip search video.
