Actor Henry Cavill rides a bicycle during filming of the upcoming “Man of Steel” Superman movie in Chicago, Illinois.

Steel is real for Cavill. He plays Clark Kent, and the Man of Steel rides a steel Pake Rum Runner track frame built up with Campy Record Cranks, Phil Wood Hubs, Paul Brake and Lever.
