Interbike 2011 Mobile Social photos

Of course I took pictures when a couple of hundred bike people take the entire right lane of Las Vegas Boulevard aka “The Strip.”

Mobile Social is sponsored by Bike Hugger, Tern Bikes (who provided my bike for the ride), and New Belgium. A big group of us rode about a mile too far and had to do a big U-turn somewhere in a sketchy part of old Las Vegas.

I met some locals who organize a monthly fun ride they call Blinking Man, which has the motto “Hundreds of Riders, Thousands of Lights.” They really liked the Bike Party style sound systems that some in California contingent brought along.
