Update: Thanks to those in the comments and on Twitter who identified this as the Specialized S-Works Shiv. The Shiv started life as a Time Trial bike but is now sold (in limited quantities) to triathletes. The “Shiv Module” — which is the frame, fork, stem, handlebar, crankset, bottom bracket, and brakes — by itself runs about $6,500.
