Sell that car grandma gave you before you get to school, or else you’ll be stuck paying repair costs, insurance, gas and parking. Need to drive to visit home on the holidays and weekends? Sign up for ride shares on campus and carpool with students going to the same town. Owning a bike to get you around campus is a much cheaper option than pouring money into a car.
