Truck driver kills 2 cyclists in 3 years

On November 4, 2010, Lauren Ward of Los Altos, CA was killed at Alpine Road near I-280 in Portola Valley when she was hit by a truck and killed. NYPD Traffic Enforcement parks her car directly in front of a fire hydrant for a pizza break. Moments later, NYFD comes by responding to a fire and the firemen can’t get to the plug because of the cop car in the way.
