What’s wrong with this bike?

Here’s a photo of one of my old bikes. Can you see what’s wrong with it? I’ll tell you it feels really funny riding on that frame. Somebody actually paid me $20 cash for this frame and fork last year at a garage sale!

New York cyclists hurt 1000 pedestrians annually

But… 15 pedestrians injured by cars for every one hurt by a bike. Over 300 pedestrians are killed by cars for every one killed by a bicycle. A recently released study finds about 1,000 pedestrians are injured each year in collisions with cyclists in the state of New York.

Consumerist says Ride a Bike

College students pay out the wazoo for parking permits on top of the usual costs of car ownership and operations. Consumerist suggests: Sell that car grandma gave you before you get to school, or else you’ll be stuck paying repair costs, insurance, gas and parking.
